    Owners are expected to stock the kitchen with pots & pans, provide cutlery and ensure all windows have proper curtains and the house has basic Audio visual system.

  • The big question’s….How much will you earn & how to check progress

    Emperos has established a well researched and dynamic software based pricing mechanism which arrives at a nightly rate for each property based numerous variables which will include the time of the year, status of the property, market conditions, special event in the locality or major event in the city etc..etc.

    While owners do not have a direct involvement on the pricing part, the actual listing and prices are available on the dedicated owners portal which will also give you access to all the records for your property like past & future bookings with rates and each guest names.

  • How you will get paid

    Before the 7th of each month, you will receive a itemized statement for your property showing earnings on each booking and other details. This statement will be followed within 48hrs with your money being dispatched to your bank account.
